Primer and probe range was performed around the evolutionarily most conserved regions of the NS gene of MDPV. Briefly, a total of fifteen MDPVs and 37 GPVs NS gene sequences ended up downloaded through the GenBank databases (), and these fifty two NS gene sequences have been aligned using the Lasergene package deal MegAlign plan by ClustalW method.
